I'm sorry you're not able to access the AI Coach. Some users, particularly those based in China, have had access issues. On the AI coaches page, you should see a link at the bottom of the page which takes you to the AI coaches in the ChatGNPT environment. If you click that link, you should be able to access the coaches. Can you let me know if that works for you?
