  2. Close any other video conferencing apps.
  3. Please also check that you've allowed camera/microphone access in your computer's Privacy & Security settings.
  4. If you're still having issues, please refresh your browser which often solves many issues. You can also try logging out and logging back in which can sometimes help as well.
