My partner dropped off or left unexpectedly during a session.

I'm sorry to hear that your conversation was interrupted. If your partner drops off mid-way, you will be returned to the session lobby until they rejoin the session. Make sure you don't leave the lobby, because once your partner is back, you can resume the session again where you left off. However, if your partner doesn't rejoin in a few minutes, let me know and we will explore other solutions.


If they do not return, you can:

  1. Join another available session at a later time.
  2. Request a PDF guide to complete the exercise asynchronously with a partner of your choosing.
