Check your internet speed, close background applications, and use a wired connection if possible. Sometimes it can help to plug in your charging cable.

You can also try to refresh your browser. Before doing so, please inform your partner since you both will be brought back to the lobby before you can continue.

If all else fails, you might be best off to do this session without video.
