The videos on the platform are slow or lagging. 

Check your internet speed, close background applications, close any other video platforms (like MS Teams, Zoom, etc), and use a wired connection if possible. Sometimes it can also help to plug in your computer's charging cable.

Please note that video watching is a synced experience. This means that if your partner has connection issues it can affect your video quality as well. 

Lastly, if you are using a computer with an ARM-based chipset, such as Snapdragon X Elite, you will need to install and use Firefox to access THNK World.
